Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how trials, billing, failed payments, and cancellations work for docuQ's paid plans.

1. Free trial

New accounts start on a free trial with no charge. You are never billed automatically at the end of a trial — you choose a paid plan yourself when you're ready.

2. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, in Indian Rupees plus applicable GST. Your plan includes a monthly quota of knowledge bases, document pages, and queries; usage resets each billing period.

3. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your access continues through a short grace period while we retry the charge and prompt you to update your payment method. If payment still hasn't succeeded by the end of the grace period, access is suspended until it does.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals, but you keep full access to your current plan until the end of the paid period you've already been billed for — cancellation does not end access immediately.

5. No mid-cycle refunds

Because access continues for the remainder of the period after cancellation, we do not offer prorated or mid-cycle refunds for unused time. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the address below and we'll look into it.
